Reservations

We recommend that you contact us early, as P.E.I. is very busy during the summer months. Reservations are accepted by filling out the online registration form or by phone. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment of 50% of the weekly rental rate with the balance to be paid within 30 days of arrival. 

Following your reservation, we will e-mail you confirmation and other pertinent information, such as key pickup, contact info, etc.

Cancellation Policy

We hope that you will not have to cancel your reservation but it is important to understand the need for our policy. Once you have made a reservation, you have agreed to the Cancellation Policy listed below.

    •    30-60 days 1/2 of deposit (*)

    •    less than 30 days, or no show, no refund (*)

Clients are advised to take out adequate insurance to ensure that they are protected from unforeseen events which may give rise to cancellations.

NOTE: (*) In fairness to our customers, if, following a cancellation, the property is able to be rented out, the cancellation fee will be re-imbursed.
