Rates (2023-2024)

   
 
Weekly rates run from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning with check in after 4pm and check out by 11am. The following rate applies:
  

Peak Season - $3,600-wk / $600-day plus applicable tax (15%)

 - June 29 to September 2, 2024

 

Non-Peak Season - $1,950-wk / $325-day (plus applicable taxes)

 - Spring, Fall, Winter

 

Rates are for 1-6 guests (additional guests $100 each to a maximum of 8 overnight guests)
  • Extended stay rates negotiable.
  • Daily rates offered if available 
    • min. 2-days - low & shoulder season
    • min. 3-days during peak

Check-In: 4:00pm

Check-Out: 11:00am

Cleaning Fee: $100.00/stay


Special Events

Special events (weddings, graduations, etc.) can be booked by calling us directly for the rates.


The cottage offers a non-smoking and pet free environment for the comfort of our guests.  Linens and towels are provided.

 

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and e-Transfer (electronic / Interac e-Transfer). Please note that all credit card deposits are processed immediately.


                         

Damage Deposit
A valid credit card is required for pre-authroized damage deposit.

 

Reservations

We recommend that you contact us early, as P.E.I. is very busy during the summer months. Reservations are accepted by filling out the online registration form or by phone.


Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment of 50% of the rental rate with the balance to be paid within 30 days of arrival. 


Following your reservation, we will e-mail you confirmation.


Cancellation Policy

We hope that you will not have to cancel your reservation but it is important to understand the need for our policy. Once you have made a reservation, you have agreed to the Cancellation Policy listed below.

    •    30-60 days 1/2 of deposit (*)

    •    less than 30 days, or no show, no refund (*)

 

Clients are advised to take out adequate insurance to ensure that they are protected from unforeseen events which may give rise to cancellations.


NOTE: (*) In fairness to our customers, if, following a cancellation, the property is able to be rented out, the cancellation fee will be reimbursed.
